Bank Registered Nurse | Wards | Horley, West Sussex | 0 hours contract flexible working bank

Spire Gatwick Park have some exciting opportunities for Surgical/Ortho Ward Nurses to join our experienced and dynamic team, on the staffing bank working flexible shifts as required.

Duties And Responsibilities

• You will support in assessing patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
• Assist in the delivery of care to meet the individuals’ health and wellbeing needs.
• Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information.
• Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others.
• Promote best practice in health and safety and security.
• Assist in maintaining and developing services.
  
  

Who We're Looking For

• You will be a Registered Nurse with NMC registration
• Be used to working in teams with minimum supervision.
• Experience of working in Surgical or Ortho
• Competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge acquired through state registration.
• Excellent communication skills
• UK based and experienced
  
  

Contract: Bank 0 hours contract, flexible shifts

Hours: Shifts will be a mixture of long days 7am - 19:30pm, Nights 19:00 - 07:30am
