We’re looking for an organised, data-driven, and creative Marketing Campaign Manager to plan, manage, and report on campaigns that engage both prospects and customers.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll take ownership of campaign delivery across multiple channels, ensuring every initiative drives measurable impact and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, paid media, and web.
- Support product launches with strong go-to-market strategies and supporting assets.
- Develop and manage prospect campaigns focused on lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Deliver customer communication campaigns that enhance engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Work closely with internal teams to brief design and development for campaign assets.
- Measure, analyse, and report on campaign performance using defined KPIs.
- Continuously improve campaign performance through testing, data insights, and creative iteration.
- Ensure all marketing output aligns with brand tone, positioning, and strategic priorities.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent organisation and project management, with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Confident working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience briefing and managing creative and technical teams.
- Strong understanding of the customer journey and marketing funnel.
- KPI-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Fundamental commitment to self-development and the development of others.
- Acting as the Ambassador for The Group, promoting its services at all times to all stakeholders.
- A commitment to a collaborative style of working, being understanding of all team attributes, whilst playing a key role, as a leader of nurtur.tech.
- High levels of personal integrity, honesty with a fundamental commitment to fairness, transparency and sensitivity in all dealings.
