For this job role you do need experience with autism, Global development delay, OCD, behaviours that may challenge. Must be able to carry out personal care duties, You must also have patience and be understanding.

The role involves working on a shift rota pattern with some evenings and weekends and sleep in shifts.

You will play a key role in the service, using your knowledge and skills to work as part of a team providing support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health and autism. You will be responsible for helping with the challenges of everyday life, such as household tasks and domestic duties, whilst engaging socially in exciting hobbies within the local community. All in all, enabling our people to live their best life!
