We’re working with a well-established Independent Financial Advice firm looking to hire a detail-oriented and proactive IFA Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support experienced advisers and paraplanners, playing a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning services to clients.

- Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners
- Process new business and manage client documentation
- Liaise with providers and clients to obtain information and updates
- Maintain accurate client records using internal systems (e.g. Intelligent Office)
- Support with preparing annual reviews and client packs
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met
