You'll join a supportive service desk team responsible for providing first-line database support across SQL Server and Oracle environments. It's a perfect role for someone passionate about learning, problem-solving, and developing a career in database technology.

What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor and resolve database support tickets (SQL Server & Oracle)
• Work alongside senior engineers to troubleshoot and escalate issues when needed
• Develop your skills through on-the-job learning and paid certifications
• Contribute to maintaining system stability and excellent customer service

What You'll Bring

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Strong interest in databases and data management
• Basic understanding of SQL or Oracle (academic or practical exposure)
• Great communication skills and a proactive mindset
