Full time and Permanent

Location - Flexible across the UK and Ireland, travel to site required

About The Role

The Digital & Automation team leads the charge in establishing governance around our Operational Technology (OT) environment, driving our digital transformation toward Industry 4.0.

As the OT Global Cyber Risk Advisor, you will lead the global OT risk program, working to standardise and enhance our manufacturing environment. Reporting directly to the Global OT Cybersecurity Manager, you’ll bring your expertise in OT/IT governance, risk, and compliance to this critical role.

Your mission is to strengthen the security of our digital transformation and develop robust standards that integrate and optimize our OT and IT architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • OT Risk Framework: Develop and lead the global OT cyber risk framework.
  • Risk Assessments: Oversee global site assessments, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  • Risk Register Management: Manage the OT cyber risk register, ensuring accountability and influencing prioritization in line with strategy.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Implement standardization to guide senior collaborator decisions through data-driven risk analysis.
  • Standards Development: Create and maintain OT standards that foster operational excellence and adhere to standard methodologies.

Accountabilities

  • Effectively communicate and align cyber risk strategies with global functions and senior partners.
  • Champion a culture of cyber risk awareness and proactive management.
  • Provide insights on Diageo’s OT cyber risk position, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Maintain high cybersecurity standards across all OT activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key company initiatives.

Skills And Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: Significant experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or related fields.
  • Competence: Strong strategic and technical skills in risk assessment, data analysis, and decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work with senior leadership and across cultures to get results.
  • Communication: Clear, effective presentation and influencing skills.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or IEC 62443.
  • Certifications: CRISC, CISA, CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PRINCE2, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Adaptability: Resilient and flexible in the face of change.
