Freezer Warehouse Operative

You'll be working in a state-of-the-art warehouse preparing orders for customers.

As a Warehouse Operative for Ocado Logistics, you are at the heart of preparing orders for customers. Pick a career packed with opportunities at our warehouse in Andover. We’ve got many shift options available, including four 10-hour shifts, so you can enjoy three days off each week!

Core Roster Option: Plan your work-life balance with our core roster. Receive your work pattern 13 weeks in advance giving you bags of time to plan time with your family and friends.

Freezer

Description

Picking and packing the frozen items for customer orders into totes. We want you to delight our customers so high standards and great care are essential. Full freezer gear is provided as you will be working in temperatures up to -25℃

Night Shifts

19:00 - 05:00

What do you get in return?

Salary

• Starting rate - £12.56 per hour (basic rate £11.76 + 80p freezer premium)
• Night shift premium (between the hours of 10pm and 6am) - plus £2.50 per hour
• Overtime paid at basic x 1.25
• Nights Freezer Premium - 0.80p uplift as well as 2.50 per hour between the hours of 10pm and 6am
