Job Title: Financial Analytics & Compliance
Location: Hybrid, 3 days in Leatherhead Office, 2 days from home.
Salary: Dependant on Experience

About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in a role that blends analytical insight, operational oversight, and regulatory compliance. This position plays a vital part in ensuring the efficiency and integrity of our processes while supporting the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify discrepancies, trends, and anomalies to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.
Conduct thorough credit checks on clients to assess financial stability and ensure compliance with credit policies.
Aggregate and standardize data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive view for analysis and reporting.
Ensure all processes and procedures adhere to relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Monitor and enforce adherence to internal processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement where necessary.About you:
Proficiency in excel.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Ability to identify inconsistencies and ensure accuracy in all processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication and liaising with stakeholders.Benefits:
