Description

• Supporting the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Reviewing the management accounts for UK and multinational clients.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing clear and accurate reports for financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Ensuring compliance with the law and company's policies.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of systems for collecting, analysing, verifying, and reporting financial information.
• Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings.
• Managing and mentoring members of the accounting team.
• Staying up-to-date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
  
  

Profile

A Successful Accounts Assistant Manager Should Have

• A professional qualification (ACA/ACCA).
• Proven experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting and legislation.
• Proficiency with accounting software.
