JOB DESCRIPTION: Building Surveyor : Building Services, Property
As our Building Surveyor, your main responsibility will be to provide a full building surveying service to a range of clients across different sectors.
In Addition To This Your Main Duties Will Include
A Providing professional building surveying duties including building inspections, acquisition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, maintenance and refurbishment projects, schedules of condition, party wall awards.
A Working on a variety of projects valued up to A GBP 1 million in a range of properties including commercial, residential.
A Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new clients nationally and locally.
A Develop and maintain an up:to:date awareness of all necessary legislation
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Building Surveyor : Building Services, Property
As our new Building Surveyor, it would be advantageous if you have worked on a variety of projects covering condition surveys, dilapidations, project management, and building pathology. We are looking for someone who is engaging and eager to learn.
It Is Essential That You
A A RICs membership would be advantageous however support towards chartership will be provided.
A Degree in Building Surveying.
A Have a couple years of consultancy experience.
A Can confidently communicate with stakeholders both verbally and written.
A Hold a full UK driving licence.
