About The Role
The Myton Food Group, the Morrisons manufacturing business, is recruiting for a FP&A Finance Manager to provide critical finance support to our Manufacturing business area - working closely with the central and divisional teams, this role is pivotal in providing the insight to drive profitable growth across the Myton Food Group.

Our modern Head Office on the edge of Bradford is home to our different support teams from tech, marketing and finance to HR, trading and supply chain.
Alive with activity, this is where decisions are made and our corporate teams make sure everything runs smoothly. Here, you’ll find comfy breakout areas, a coffee shop, newsagents and subsidised restaurant all within commuting distance of Leeds, Manchester and the Yorkshire Dales - always with free parking.
We host regular seasonal events and you’ll often find our suppliers on site sharing details of their latest product. We’re also committed to fundraising for our current charity partner.

The Myton Food Group, the Morrisons manufacturing business, is recruiting for a FP&A Finance Manager to provide critical finance support to our Manufacturing business area - working closely with the central and divisional teams, this role is pivotal in providing the insight to drive profitable growth across the Myton Food Group.
This role will involve:
- Leadership of the FP&A team (3 direct reports)
- Providing insight and analysis on our business performance
- Business Partnering with Central stakeholders (Engineering, Procurement, Central Manufacturing)
About You
- A professional qualification of CIMA, ACA, ACCA, AAT or equivalent
- Knowledge of financial and management accounting
- Attention to detail
- An ability to deliver in a complex, fast paced environment
- Excellent analytical thinking and numerical skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel or Google sheets skills
- Good verbal communication skills, ability to articulate financial data in a clear and transparent way
- Resilience and ability to adapt in an ever changing environment
- Working knowledge of databases such as Oracle
- Experience of stakeholder management
- Experience of having to prioritise to meet deadlines
