We are seeking a highly skilled and highly organised Helpdesk Administrator to join our Facilities Management team in a multi-site role at one of our prestigious clients in the Media & Entertainment industry. You will be responsible for ensuring incoming maintenance requests are prioritised and managed to resolution including all administrati
on.

Create and process purchase orders for necessary materials, equipment, and services required for maintenance ac - tivitiesCoordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of goods and

Previous facilities helpdesk/maintenance coordination experien - ce desirableProficient in raising work orders, purchase orders, and managing administrative tasks
