Executive Assistant to the CTO
Location: Parklands, Chertsey (Hybrid working)

About The Role
We are transforming how Digital and Technology (D&T) works across our business, and we need an Executive Assistant who brings drive, curiosity, and brilliant organisation. You will work closely with our CTO and the Digital and Technology leadership team, acting as the connector who keeps priorities on track and operations running smoothly. This role is fast paced and varied. One moment you might be preparing a leadership workshop, the next simplifying processes or helping unblock a decision.

You are experienced in supporting senior leaders in a pacey environment and you love creating order, clarity, and momentum. You bring initiative, and a calm presence.
You will be key member of the D&T team working closely with the CTO and the leadership team to help shape and drive our transformation agenda. You will have exposure to strategic conversations, influence how we operate, and play a vital part in helping Digital and Technology deliver impact across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Be the CTO’s trusted partner. Provide proactive executive and administrative support to the CTO and leadership team.
- Own the schedule. Manage calendars, travel, meetings, and correspondence with accuracy and pace.
- Set us up for success. Prepare agendas, materials, actions, and follow ups for meetings, workshops, and offsites.
- Build relationships. Connect with stakeholders across the business, partners, and suppliers.
- Protect confidentiality. Handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion at all times.
- Keep us financially tidy. Track expenses, budgets, approvals, and documentation.
- Bring people together. Plan and coordinate events, team days, and leadership offsites.
- Make ideas real. Take ownership of ad hoc projects and help move them from discussion to action.
- Embrace tech. Use digital tools to improve effectiveness and streamline the CTO’s operations.
