As an Early Years Teacher, you’ll lead with expertise, bringing pedagogy and practice together to ensure every child has the best possible start. You’ll guide your team in delivering the N Curriculum, use your specialist knowledge to support development across the EYFS, and role model outstanding teaching and learning in the classroom. What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Lead the delivery of the N Curriculum with creativity, passion, and precision
  • Embed a culture of high-quality practice and continuous improvement
  • Plan, assess, and differentiate learning experiences for individual needs
  • Champion children’s development through effective observation and tracking
  • Coach and mentor educators to support excellent practice across the team
  • Collaborate with Room Managers and other specialists to enrich learning
  • Maintain a safe, inspiring, and inclusive environment that meets all EYFS standards
  • Build strong, meaningful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Model safeguarding best practices and uphold all relevant policies and procedures
  • Stay up to date with educational research and early years frameworks

Our Early Years Teachers should have…

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or EYTS / EYPS
  • In-depth knowledge of the EYFS and child development
  • Proven ability to support, mentor, or lead others in high-quality teaching
  • Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete)
  • A love of learning and a drive to make a real difference in children’s lives
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
