As an Early Years Teacher, you’ll lead with expertise, bringing pedagogy and practice together to ensure every child has the best possible start. You’ll guide your team in delivering the N Curriculum, use your specialist knowledge to support development across the EYFS, and role model outstanding teaching and learning in the classroom. As an Early Years Teacher, you’ll lead with expertise, bringing pedagogy and practice together to ensure every child has the best possible start. You’ll guide your team in delivering the N Curriculum, use your specialist knowledge to support development across the EYFS, and role model outstanding teaching and learning in the classroom. What You’ll Be Doing…
- Lead the delivery of the N Curriculum with creativity, passion, and precision
- Embed a culture of high-quality practice and continuous improvement
- Plan, assess, and differentiate learning experiences for individual needs
- Champion children’s development through effective observation and tracking
- Coach and mentor educators to support excellent practice across the team
- Collaborate with Room Managers and other specialists to enrich learning
- Maintain a safe, inspiring, and inclusive environment that meets all EYFS standards
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Model safeguarding best practices and uphold all relevant policies and procedures
- Stay up to date with educational research and early years frameworks
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or EYTS / EYPS
- In-depth knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- Proven ability to support, mentor, or lead others in high-quality teaching
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete)
- A love of learning and a drive to make a real difference in children’s lives
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- Competitive salary – £28,814 – £32,794 based on experience and impact
