Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Our esteemed Facilities Management (FM) client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work in a variety of high-street retail environments across Southampton.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine electrical maintenance and repair tasks in high-street shops.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues to ensure minimal disruption to store operations.
• Conduct planned preventive maintenance (PPM) according to schedules.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, preferably in a mobile role.
• Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, 2391 Test & Inspect).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
