Procurement Business Partner within an Iconic Sports Organisation based in Southampton. Salary being offered is between £60,000 - £68,000 + Benefits Inc. Bonus.
This iconic sports organisation is undergoing continuous growth plans and is therefore seeking a Procurement Business Partner to join its reputable team. You’ll be responsible for leading diverse strategic procurement activities across the end-to-end function in relation to a generalist range of procurement categories where each day will be completely different from the next.
You will gain daily exposure to diverse stakeholders such as the COO and other C-Suite stakeholders as well as continuously driving cross-functional collaboration to enhance effective procurement delivery.
You’ll be working within an established procurement function which isn’t afraid of adopting change, so you’ll have the opportunity to imprint your strategic procurement approach within a highly-reputable organisation. This position also provides a fast-track opportunity for future progression to Head of Procurement.

Procurement Business Partner responsibilities…
- Drive strategic procurement activities across the end-to-end procurement function in relation to a generalist range of indirect and direct procurement categories, including but not limited to, Facilities Management, Professional Services, Construction, IT and Food & Beverage procurement
- Create, implement and maintain effective procurement strategies that will ultimately add value and deliver savings through innovative thinking, facilitated through an effective business partnering approach
- Undertake a range of day-to-day strategic procurement activities, from contract management and tender management to negotiation and category management
- Success across the end-to-end procurement function in relation to either indirect procurement or direct procurement
- Strong skills surrounding strategic procurement activities e.g. contract management, tender management, category management and negotiation
- Desire to drive relationships within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
