Where will you be working?

At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

This role will join BES - which provides a fully-integrated service to clients within the pharmaceutical, life sciences and healthcare sectors, using our expertise to develop bespoke solutions to meet each client’s project-specific requirements. We combine design, digital innovation and construction capabilities to provide a complete multidisciplinary offering, including process engineering, structural and civil, architectural, mechanical/HVAC and electrical services.

What will you be doing?

You will be organising, storing, and retrieving electronic and paper documents. Tracking updates and ensuring everyone’s working from the latest version.

You will make sure documents meet legal, quality, and company standard.

Liaise with engineers, managers, and other staff access and use documents efficiently, Also manage and overseeing the flow of documentation across our projects and departments.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in document control or administrative roles
• Strong understanding of document management systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred knowledge of construction and design in a cleanroom and pharmaceutical space context
