Every day as a Digital Project Manager at Siemens Energy is filled with chances to create an impact. Your focus will be on ensuring that projects are on track, risks are mitigated, and teams are motivated. You will find yourself working closely with diverse global teams, strictly adhering to timelines and budgets, and ensuring that every project you lead is a success.

How You'll Make an Impact


  • Project Leadership: Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary global teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and business benefits, ensuring alignment with both business and technical requirements.
  • Risk and Change Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks, changes in scope, and resource allocation to maintain project integrity.
  • Performance Measurement: Utilise appropriate tools and techniques to measure project performance, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Best Practices: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation while embedding best practices throughout the project life cycle.
  • Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and enhance future project delivery.

What You Bring


  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a project manager in digital, business improvement, or technology sectors, with experience managing projects through the full lifecycle.
  • Project Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid), with relevant certifications (e.g., APM, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Acumen: Good understanding of digital/IT technologies and architecture would be preferred.
  • Experience coaching project teams to enhance their capabilities.
