Where will you be working?

As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.

This role is in our Technology department, our IT teams design, manage and optimise IT systems to support the smooth and secure operations of our Group.

What will you be doing?

You’ll facilitate workshops and interviews with business SMEs to capture existing ("As-Is") processes.

You’ll document future-state ("To-Be") processes and requirements.

Also, you’ll develop process maps using Visio and requirement tracking using Excel or similar tools.

You’ll analyse deltas between current and future states, highlighting change impacts.

You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Programme Managers and cross-functional stakeholders. As well as supporting stakeholder engagement

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in business process mapping and requirements gathering.
  • Good knowledge of CRM and ERP systems such as, Oracle and Salesforce.
  • Conduct impact assessments for defined process and system changes
  • Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Excel and process mapping tools
