This role is based in Farnborough, Hampshire with 2 days per week in the office. Our office is within walking distance of the train station and has free parking. This is a full-time position, however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week).

About The Role
As part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day brand marketing for Inghams Ski and Inghams Lapland brands. Passionate about brand marketing, you will support the Brand & Campaigns Managers on delivering the planning, briefing, executing and evaluation of campaigns, working alongside a matrix team structure of marketing channel specialists.

About The Role
As part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day brand marketing for Inghams Ski and Inghams Lapland brands. Passionate about brand marketing, you will support the Brand & Campaigns Managers on delivering the planning, briefing, executing and evaluation of campaigns, working alongside a matrix team structure of marketing channel specialists.
What Will You Be Doing
- Support the Brand & Campaigns Managers in planning of key campaigns - identifying timings and internal and external resource requirements.
- Work with Content, Digital, E-commerce, CRM and other department teams to brief, plan and align content and multi-channel activity to support overall brand, commercial and tactical campaigns.
- Champion brand guidelines and use appropriate tone of voice in all communications. Write effective copy in line with brand tone of voice and optimised by channel.
- Support the Senior PR Executive with the planning and delivery of a PR activity calendar and manning of the press office as and when required.
- Work with the Brand & Campaigns Managers to implement and improve touchpoints along a customer’s journey with a ‘Guest First’ ethos, such as customer pre-departure comms and Digital Resort Guides.
- Brief and support the delivery of multi-channel partnership activity for brand and commercial partners, such as joint marketing with tourist boards.
- Plan and deliver all consumer facing events for the brand, liaising with all stakeholders both internally and externally, in line with business and marketing objectives for the activity.
- With support from the Brand & Campaigns Managers, deliver all ATL advertising from initial artwork briefing to final artwork approval and delivery.
- Deliver all printed direct mail activity from initial concept briefing to artwork delivery, print and postage. Work closely with CRM team to target and segment database, and report on effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of competitor activity and adapt marketing approach and plans as relevant, with the support of Brand Managers.
- Utilising internal and external data, tools and research, have a robust understanding of our different customers and how to engage with them and use this to help shape our marketing activity.
- With support from the Brand & Campaigns Managers, plan and deliver any brochures required for the brand. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and flow of information for product, pricing and commercial terms. Work closely with the Trade team to deliver brochures that meet the needs of trade partners. Manage paper, print and distribution of each title. Plan and deliver launch campaigns.
- Work closely with the Trade team to support their multi-channel brand marketing campaigns for our agency partners. Ensure all advertising and point of sale collateral for agency partners is on-brand and help update the agency web portal with relevant brand messaging.
- Work closely with the Overseas team to establish requirements for all branded customer collateral in our overseas resorts and deliver to brief. Including (but not exclusively) pre-departure packs, airport signage, property signage (internal and external), and stationery.
- Ensure all activity can be properly tracked and evaluated to support the Brand & Campaigns Managers with post-campaign reporting where required.
- Establish positive working relationships with relevant agencies, suppliers and third-party stakeholders ensuring the best output to suit our business needs.
- Support the wider Marketing & Ecommerce team on an ad-hoc basis, accruing time in lieu where relevant- including covering absences, supporting on crisis or difficult travel weekends during our seasons or workloads in peak periods.
- Support the marketing team’s ambition to produce award winning, best-in-class marketing that has impact, communicates clearly and persuades customers to purchase with the right messages to the right person at the right time.
- Uphold the marketing team's primary purpose: serving the business.
- Be a champion of sustainability, working with the Sustainability team to bring our values to life through brand identities, choices and activities.
- Demonstrable experience of supporting the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Understanding of the role brand marketing plays in the wider marketing mix
- Ability to deal with many varied tasks and brands daily
- Experience of delivering printed direct marketing activity
- Experience of brochure production or publishing
- Experience of working with partners or sponsors
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A passion for Snowsports/travel/outdoors
