Working hours
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We offer a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our office in Solihull on specific days.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Be responsible for the creative expression of the Paragon Group Brands ensuring they are relevant, connect with audiences and are consistently represented visually and tonally.
- You will oversee the production of all content to bring the stories of our brand and products to life for different audience groups across channels.
- Be responsible for our social media activity from a planning and execution perspective and be driven to create value from this channel.
- Ensure media selection for owned, paid and promoted activities is considered with strategic purpose and analytical backing
- Be a champion for all things brand, social and content across the Group, bringing creativity and innovation to these channels
What you’ll bring to the team
- Educated in or significant experience of Marketing, Digital and/or Brand.
- Strong content and social media experience, having delivered strategies across multiple channels using multiple creative platforms
- Strong storytelling and creative skills with a keen eye for detail in written, graphic and video content
- Strong proposition and brand strategy experience having delivered compelling brand campaigns in other roles
- Digital technology experience across analytics, social media, creative and digital marketing platforms and tools such as GA4, Hootsuite, Talkwalker, AHrefs, Meta, Tiktok, Canva, Photoshop etc
