Supporting the Commercial Team, the Sales Admin Manager will play an essential role in Sales to drive profitable and sustainable growth, whilst upholding company values.

What Would You Do As Our Sales Admin Manager
As our Sales Admin Manager you would provide administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily Sales Admin operations. This is an onsite 12 month fixed term contract role.
You would also:
- Manage overall sales admin activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and staff supervision.
- Oversee reporting, performance management, and team development, including 1:1 meetings and appraisals.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records, streamline admin processes, and improve efficiency.
- Ensure effective communication and information flow across the company to support business operations.
- Support sales admin team and sales staff, handling ad hoc tasks and ensuring operational continuity.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong literacy, numeracy, and written skills with keen attention to detail.
- Is proficient in IT (Word, Excel, Outlook) with administration and managerial experience.
- Is well-organized, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Has excellent communication skills, adaptable to different people and working styles.
- Is ethical, trustworthy, and motivated, with the ability to inspire others.
