Working hours
37.5 hours per week, typically 8.30am to 5pm with flexibility to work outside of these hours.
Hybrid working, minimum 2 days per week

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead underwriting, completions, and telephony teams in the Buy-To-Let department.
- Ensure smooth, compliant, and customer-focused mortgage delivery.
- Act as senior escalation point for complex queries and complaints.
- Champion continuous improvement of customer journeys.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver the business plan and support transformation
What you’ll bring to the team
- Deep understanding of the Buy-To-Let mortgage market and lifecycle.
- Proven leadership experience in senior management roles.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
