Your new role

You will responsible for the following activities;

• Balancing accounts and reconciling supplier invoices to delivery notes, ensuring all credit notes and product returns are accounted for.
• Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments to suppliers
• Completing VAT returns to HMRC
• Preparing and collating Company payroll on a weekly basis and submission of connected returns to HMRC.
• Checking company bank statements and performing weekly bank account reconciliations
• Preparing monthly cash flow statements and Budgets
• Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
• Maintaining a daily, up to date, record of all company activities on Company Xero Accounting Systems
