The post holder will work as part of a team of trainers to deliver Manual Handling training.
In order to be shortlisted and invited to interview you must demonstrate in your application your knowledge/ skills, experience and qualifications specifically in relation to Manual Handling training delivery.
The post holder will be responsible for developing, delivering and maintaining a high standard of manual handling training in a classroom setting and across a number of workplaces both in and outside Birmingham Community Health Care bases. The manual handling training will be delivered to all levels of clinical staff.
To provide Manual Handling assessment of competence for individuals within the workplace.
Trainers will be responsible for developing and updating Manual Handling courses in accordance with best practice and current legislation.
Trainers will keep accurate Manual Handling training registers to assist the OLM team to maintain employee learning records.
To evaluate competency of all Trust staff on Manual Handling training courses to negate risk and ensure legislative compliance.
