Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in daily operational tasks
• Supervise staff and provide guidance as needed
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Manage inventory and control costs
• Assist in recruiting, training, and performance evaluation of team members
• Handle any customer complaints or issues effectively
• Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and health & safety
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the Catering & Hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
