The Job Role
As a Product Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role within the Product Management division, supporting all operational duties and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administration. This position is ideal for someone interested in technology and eager to develop their skills and knowledge within a dynamic industry.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
Operational Support
• Proactively support the Operations team and Product Business Managers in all areas of Product Management.
• Assist with the efficient operation of all vendors, including managing ETAs, delivery discrepancies, and vendor claims.
• Oversee new product setup and maintenance (PPMS).
Stakeholder Engagement
• Interact with the sales floor, customers and vendors to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
• Communicate pricing and product information to the sales team.
• Assist with promotional activities and manage relevant vendor claims.
Data & Process Management
• Review daily sell-out data and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Manage and approve negative margin codes (NMC).
• Administer returns and coordinate with internal stakeholders across the company.
• Manage customer special bid pricing and related communications.
Other Duties
• Support ad hoc activities as required to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
• Highly organised and detail oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general PC/systems literacy.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes is an advantage (full training provided).
• Professional manner
• Team player with a collaborative approach.
