  • Work closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure expectations are met (or exceeded) and that quality is built into the project from day one.
  • Lead quality audits, oversee risk assessments (DFMEA/PFMEA), and ensure every stage of APQP is followed correctly, from planning through to final approval.
  • Support gate reviews and process validation, making sure all products meet the highest standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience with APQP, PPAP, and FMEA and experience implementing these processes across multiple sites.
  • A solid background in quality systems, auditing, and problem-solving tools, with a good grasp of Lean Manufacturing, VSM, and Gauge R&R.
  • An ability to think strategically and manage projects from a quality perspective, keeping multiple teams and sites moving in the right direction.
  • Confidence in reading engineering electrical and mechanical drawings and working with manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with NATO standards (AQAP2105/2110) and quality management systems.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Sole British citizenship with a valid British passport ("UK Eyes Only") and the ability to obtain SC level security clearance.

You Can Expect From Us

  • Challenging and exciting projects.
  • A work environment where we understand that not everyone has the same expectations about their jobs, careers and work-life balance and we are happy to discuss flexibility requirements.
  • Attractive compensation.
  • Flexible benefits so you can build a package that fits your personal needs. Some core benefits are: Flexible pension with Company Contribution; Income protection; Private Health Insurance; Life Assurance, healthy lifestyle account.
  • 34 days’ vacation including national holidays and the ability to flex depending on needs.
