What We Offer
As Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll lead daily operations of a high-performing warehouse facility of up to 40 colleagues across 2 shifts, encompassing both manual processes and automated systems. As Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll lead daily operations of a high-performing warehouse facility of up to 40 colleagues across 2 shifts, encompassing both manual processes and automated systems. Your r Esponsibilities Will Be To
- Lead all warehouse activities (manual and automated) to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee staffing, capacity planning, performance, and safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean practices and the Volvo Production System (VPS).
- Support digitalisation and automation initiatives that improve throughput and service.
- Monitor KPI's and implement strategic actions to meet delivery and productivity goals.
- Foster a culture of safety, development, and accountability.
- Engage cross-functional teams to align operations with broader logistics goals.
- Coach and develop team members to promote long-term growth.

You Will Have
- Strong experience managing both traditional warehouse operations and automated warehousing systems.
- Proven leadership in logistics or distribution centre environments.
- Understanding of lean principles, resource planning, and performance tracking.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and automation technology.
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Passion for continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.
