Salary And Benefits
As our Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining property services by delivering planned and reactive maintenance in line with agreed programmes, budgets, and quality standards, while meeting the company’s operational targets.
You Will Be Expected To
Working hours will be Monday to Wednesday, 08:00 am to 17:00 pm, and flexibility with working hours is essential as overtime will be required from time to time.

As our Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining property services by delivering planned and reactive maintenance in line with agreed programmes, budgets, and quality standards, while meeting the company’s operational targets.
You Will Be Expected To
- Coordinate dates and arrangements for obtaining warrants and attending forced entries as part of the legal and court process, ensuring all relevant parties are present.
- Collate and print all 48-hour legal letters related to access and smoke alarms, ensuring they are prepared for hand delivery.
- Review and verify the planned works schedule for the following day to ensure accuracy and readiness.
- Manage incoming emails and queries across all service areas, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Handle incoming calls from the overspill telephone system, providing support as needed.
- Plan service schedules on a monthly basis for both Smoke Alarm and Gas asset requirements.
- Provide cover for other team members during periods of absence, ensuring continuity of service.

The Candidate
To be considered for our Administrator role, you will have the following skills and experience:
Experience
- Senior administration experience within the social housing industry.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with effective management of own workload and priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level)
- The ability to learn new software packages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
