About The Role
The primary focus of this position is to provide essential administrative support to the Accounts department. You’ll be responsible for managing a range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities.
Working hours are typically Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, providing a structured workweek with excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a supportive accounts team, working directly alongside the Management Accountant. You’ll develop key skills in both administration and financial processes, laying the foundation for future career growth within finance.

Key Responsibilities
- Organising, filing, and scanning important documents to maintain orderly records.
- Accurate data entry into both the purchase ledger and sales ledger systems.
- Handling and distributing daily post and internal communications.
- Assisting with general office administration to support the wider team.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills, with an ability to process information accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- A positive, can-do attitude paired with a strong work ethic.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a busy office environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
