About the Role

The Account Executive plays a critical role in driving growth across the EU by acquiring new clients to generate net-new revenue. This position is responsible for building and managing a strong pipeline, leading consultative sales engagements, and selling both software and services to a broad range of prospective customers.

Key responsibilities include delivering compelling product demonstrations, developing business cases, negotiating commercial agreements, and closing high-impact opportunities. This is a strategic role that will directly influence our growth trajectory and success in the EU.

How you'll Contribute:

  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal close with a focus on net-new business opportunities across the EU
  • Drive pipeline growth through a mix of inbound lead qualification and targeted outbound strategies
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships by developing champions and multi-threading into senior leadership and adjacent teams
  • Navigate complex, panel-based buying processes to influence decisions and secure cross-functional alignment
  • Articulate AudioEye's unique value using the SPICED methodology to create urgency and connect with customer pain points
  • Partner with internal teams (Solutions Engineering, Account Management, Legal) to scope and deliver tailored accessibility solutions
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data in HubSpot to support transparent reporting and strategic planning

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets
  • Proactive problem-solver with a self-starter mindset and strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, start-up environments with a willingness to adapt and pivot
  • Organized and able to manage a high volume of leads and opportunities while strategically prioritizing
  • Capable of working at both strategic and tactical levels and willing to roll up sleeves to execute
  • Skilled at analyzing complex situations, identifying patterns, and turning insights into action
  • Exceptional communicator and collaborator, effective with both peers and executives
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and accountable with strong personal ownership
