We are looking for a new Senior Link-Building Outreach Specialist to join our award-winning team. This can be either a hybrid position (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home) or fully remote depending on the successful client’s location

In this role you will play a pivotal part in our Off-Page SEO team, spearheading outreach campaigns, creating compelling content that earns links, and securing high-quality backlinks for clients across iGaming.

You will leverage your expertise to identify new opportunities, craft compelling pitches and content pieces, and nurture relationships with key contacts. As a Senior Specialist, you will also guide and support fellow team members, fostering their growth and development.

Essential Skills
  • At least 1–2 years’ experience within SEO or digital marketing, particularly in outreach link-building.
  • Line management experience.
  • A knack for crafting compelling and persuasive written communication.
  • Proficiency in using outreach tools (e.g. BuzzStream).
  • Strong research, negotiation, and networking abilities.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to establish and track measurable goals.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and outreach optimisation (a plus!).

Desirable Skills
  • Experience in digital PR campaigns.
  • Experience in SEO or content optimisation.
  • Previous agency experience or ability to present and communicate to relevant stakeholders.
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush and Google Search Console.

Become an Outreach Guru:
  • Conduct in-depth research to discover relevant publications and websites aligned with client needs.
  • Develop strategic outreach campaigns to secure placements across a variety of media outlets and locations.
  • Utilise your negotiation skills to secure placements within budget parameters.
  • Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance, optimising strategies for maximum success.
  • Develop targeted content that meets publisher editorial standards and is purposefully designed to strengthen the quality and relevance of links acquired on behalf of clients.

Lead and Empower Your Teammates:
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to your direct reports, helping them achieve their weekly and monthly goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, conducting regular one-on-one meetings and setting SMART goals for development.
  • Participate in performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help your team members reach their full potential.
  • Champion open communication and keep the Outreach Manager informed of progress and any roadblocks.

Be an Account Lead & Client Champion:
  • Take ownership of assigned client accounts, ensuring we deliver on outreach and content objectives within the designated timeframe.
  • Partner with Account Managers to understand client requirements and secure approvals before campaign launch.
  • Provide transparent updates throughout the month, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and potential challenges.
  • Analyse link metrics and ensure placements and content meet client needs, proactively communicating any rejected links with explanations or alternative recommendations.
  • Monitor third-party budgets and proactively address any potential overspending risks.
  • Actively participate in both team and client meetings, presenting insights, demonstrating your expertise, and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Involvement in QSR & KAM Planning sessions for allocated clients, understanding and contributing to outreach and content strategies and opportunities.
  • Contribute time each month to assigned agency marketing plan and growth team activities e.g. newsletters, blog posts, client development plans.
