We are looking for a Key Account Manager to build and maintain partner relationships; we will encourage creativity to present new solutions with a test and learn mentality; and in return will look for a balance between excellent execution of BU priorities with a strategic approach to ensure sustainable consumer sales growth. Core Responsibilities



  • Collaboration – building relationships across a wide variety of functional areas such as Marketing, PR, Business Intelligence, in-store, and Operations to implement specific customer plans and support company initiatives.
  • Business Planning – forecasting and sales plan management to drive consumer sales to target while balancing retailer & consumer needs.
  • Profit & Loss – management of claims / returns / distribution costs / marketing programmes / in-store point of purchase projects.
  • Sales Management – new product launches, promotions and events planning, budget management, right first-time executions in stores & online.

Do you have what it takes?



  • In-depth strong commercial experience in sales or a related commercial function ideally from a toy or grocery seller or retailer.
  • A consistent track record of outstanding business results and high accountability.
  • A strong and clear communicator able to convince others with an analytical approach to back up points.
  • A balance of short-term results focus, and long-term strategic work.
  • Effective relationship building skills with a collaborative approach to partners.
  • Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills to manage multiple partners.
  • Proven success as a leader prioritising development of others to empower teamwork that drives success.
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
  • Ability to drive holding a full and valid UK driving license.
  • Travel to UK customer sites is required for this role as is pre-planned off-sites (predominantly in the UK)
