About The Role

As one of our dedicated Clinical Project Managers, you will be managing and delivering commercially sponsored investigational trials. Based in our Oxford HQ, our international Clinical Project Management team has presence in Boston, Dallas, San Francisco, and Oxford. Day to day your duties will include: Managing interactions between key project stakeholders for assigned clinical studies:

  • Strategic Reporting: Craft insightful reports that align seamlessly with project milestones and deliverables.
  • Meeting Management: Conduct engaging project meetings, both on and off-site, that spark collaboration and innovation, capturing all details.
  • Contracts: Safeguard the critical contracts necessary for study success.
  • Site Excellence: Orchestrate the site training, setup, and flawless execution of duties, culminating in successful project closure.
  • Operations: Become the face of operational excellence, representing Perspectum in interactions with both current and potential clinical projects.
  • Financials: Collaborate with our Finance team to steer the financial course of ongoing projects, overseeing monthly budgeting and forecasting.
  • Timelines: Vigilantly track project progression, ensuring we stay on course with predefined timelines.
  • Projects: Drive the acquisition of cutting-edge industrial and publicly funded projects by managing consultations, and collaborating with colleagues to produce project costings.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide seamless communication among stakeholders during the contracting stage.
  • Compliance: Lead the way in sponsoring and adhering to ICH-GCP standards for Perspectum-sponsored trials, all while expertly managing vital trial documentation and delivering results with precision and timeliness.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have/be:

  • Experience within clinical trials and/or clinical research and be able to resolve a complex range of tasks.
  • Highly organised and be able to rapidly prioritise tasks in response to unexpected opportunities or risks.
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbally with strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • A team player with the ability to work autonomously as well as be able to manage and coordinate the creation and delivery of project reports in a timely manner.

Above all you will be self-motivated and driven to achieve your personal and team objectives to support the wider business goals.
