Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is now recruiting middle grade clinical fellows to work at the John Radcliffe hospital, Oxford and Horton General Hospital, Banbury Emergency departments. This offers a unique opportunity to work cross-site in a major trauma centre and a localised DGH. The department also has close links with a world-class university that could help to develop you as teacher, mentor or educationalist.

We cover all specialties within our trust and can offer secondments, as they are required for further development in areas such as: anaesthetics, ITU, medicine and paediatrics. We have significant experience with Article 14 and can offer FRCEM exam support.

We also support a work life balance. We have an annualised rota, with no shift swaps; 1:3 weekends maximum, Weekly SPA for governance activity (no need to use free time!); a competitive salary; you have both the city centre with oxford spires and the historic university and also the glorious countryside within a close radius of the hospital and there is also easy access and public transport to London, the Cotswolds and the midlands.

Emergency Medicine Clinical Fellow equvilent to ST3 plus.

This post is available for 24 months subject to a performance review/appraisal after 12 months. This could then be extended further subject to mutual agreement.
