What your new role will entail;

The Water team in the UK&I are looking for a Senior Revit Technician who will a be pivotal in our project delivery process. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams, across Civil, Structural and MEICA engineers, to develop and produce engineering deliverables. By utilising your expertise in Autodesk Revit software, you will contribute to the creation of 3D models that form the foundation of our projects. These models will serve as a crucial resource for design, analysis, and communication, ensuring the seamless and efficient delivery of our projects.

As part of your responsibilities, you will not only create comprehensive detailed design deliverables that adhere to the highest industry standards, you will also manage Revit families, templates, and project standards.

The main responsibilities of the successful candidate will be as follows:

  • Produce comprehensive and accurate construction deliverables, including plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
  • Coordinate project deliverables and ensuring they comply with quality policies
  • Attend and contribute to design team meetings
  • Advise and upskill existing team with Revit
  • Assist in the development and implementation of BIM best practices and standards within the organisation.  

Being part of the team;

We are a multi-discipline team comprising civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and process engineering delivering services to our clients such as feasibility studies, scheme designs and detailed designs. Our clients are from the private and public sector and include Northern Ireland Water, Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, Thames Water, Wessex Water, Environment Agency and several leading Tier 1 contractors.

Using the latest design software, working to industry best practice standards, with support from our industry experts you will be given the opportunity to push the boundaries of what is possible. Here's what we will need from you;

  • Proven experience producing Revit models and generating sheets for Water/ Wastewater projects.
  • Minimum of HNC or equivalent
  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud
