Head Housekeeper

Russ Hill is a beautiful country style hotel based in a 19th century manor house, set in nine acres of picturesque grounds, surrounded by glorious countryside, in the charming village of Charlwood. The Russ Hill Hotel is a 189 bedroom-hotel that invites guests to dine at Rusper’s Restaurant, which offers traditional classic cuisine.

As Our Head Housekeeper You Will

• Be confident in allocating, supervising and inspecting all work carried out by a team
• Able to manage the team in ensuring all required rooms are serviced prior to the daily guest arrivals
• To ensure that guest requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently, i.e. laundry, dry cleaning, any other requirements they may have
• To ensure that stringent maintenance checks are carried out
• Be organised and on top of all stock requirements
• To organise and record spring cleaning rota’s
• Manage, train and develop your team to ensure high standards
• Follow company standards and procedure
