  • Plan, design, estimate, develop and implement SharePoint solutions based on established patterns and best practices, working with development teams as well as directly with customers
  • Lead technical development teams across different customer accounts, take ownership of deliverables and be responsible for the technical quality of the team’s output, enforcing standards
  • Assist in driving the adoption of cloud solutions and provide technical advice to team members
  • Continue to develop product and technology knowledge in order the deliver the best solutions for the customer
  • Liaise directly with customers to gather/refine requirements
  • Management of solutions through the application lifecycle


Essential

  • Demonstrated project experience developing solutions using Microsoft stack (.NET Framework, C#, SQL) and SPFx
  • Experience working with testing strategies and tools for SharePoint solutions
  • Experience with PowerShell and PnP PowerShell
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and working in DevOps teams
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD and backlog/progress tracking
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • SharePoint Migration and upgrade experience
  • Good understanding of Non-Functional Requirements
  • Eligibility for SC clearance

Desirable

  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas apps and Model Driven apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI)
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS/Azure Integration Services
  • Experience integrating SharePoint solutions with APIs or third-party solutions
  • Experience configuring and deploying Dynamics 365 applications
  • Experience with Front End development (JavaScript, TypeScript)
  • Experience with building and deploying web hooks and/or remote event receivers
  • Experience developing and deploying Microsoft Teams Apps
  • Experience with UX design
  • Microsoft Certifications (MS-XXX series)


Location: This role can be delivered in a hybrid nature from one of these offices Belfast, Birmingham, Newcastle, Edinburgh or London.
