The Role:
In your role as Senior Implementation Services Analyst, you will sit as part of the Large Schemes team and will deliver a vital service to Aptia clients
In this role, you will review technical specifications from clients and help transform them into solutions that meet business objectives
This role is a hybrid position aligned to our UK offices, and your home working address
What you will be doing:
- Understand, analyze and document business requirements
- Building processes for key business requirements in line with both existing and potential new systems
- Assessing changes to confirm technical and commercial impact
- Identification of areas where improvements to existing systems, processes and procedures can be achieved
- Maintaining a good understanding of changes to pension legislation that could impact the functionality of our products and systems
- Working as part of a team, collaborating with, and supporting colleagues within your department as well as the wider operations division
What we are looking for:
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with numbers and data
- Ability to work within prescribed frameworks and processes
- Good problem-solving skills and able to identify opportunities to improve
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to articulate complex messages with clarity to a range of audiences
- Technical knowledge of pensions and legislation
