Salary: up to £30k including bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm

Location: Trade Centre, Stoke-on-Trent

Key responsibilities as a Trade Centre Assistant:

• Appraise used vehicles accurately and efficiently upload clear descriptions and pictures to the company website.


• Day to day communication with customers providing excellent product knowledge and outstanding customer service skills.


• A certain level of driving will be required to meet the needs of the customer and business.

Required skills as a Trade Centre Assistant:

• Good knowledge of working within a trade centre or with used cars.


• IT and computer literate with the ability to work efficiently and in a timely manner.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.


• Full UK driving licence.


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
