The Role

We are looking for a Business Support Co-Ordinator t o deliver exceptional administrative and co ordination  activities, with a focus on enhancing the efficiency of the project life cycle through acting as the key contact and support throughout the project lifecycle.


An idea of what  youll be doing:    

  • Youll be the first point of contact for project enquiries through all communication channels.
  • Youll be creating   and maintaining accurate project management trackers.
  • Youll be liaising with relevant operational managers and project leads to schedule suitable resource and coordinate suitable travel and accommodation. 
  • Youll actively partake in relevant meetings to gain understanding of the support required for each project.
  • Youll be liaising with external parties to apply for and arrange permits for assigned projects from inception to closure.
  • Youll be creating and submitting pre-energisation documentation.
  • Youll use internal management and reporting tools to produce and submit project closure documentation.
  • Youll be communicating with key internal and external stakeholders, providing   routine updates and reports at an operational and commercial level   to enhance client experience.
  • Youll be requesting, raising and chasing invoices for ongoing works, liaising with Finance to ensure payment terms are fulfilled.



Requirements

When you join you will go through our top-notch induction and onboarding process and have opportunities to develop further through our in-house training academy.

Youll have a proven track record of:


  • Working collaboratively  to support the successful delivery of projects.
  • Effectively using productivity and collaboration software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint etc. across multiple platforms such as smart phones, tablets, laptops etc.
  • Workflow Management Systems, including but not limited to raising purchase orders, receipting goods and overall understanding of financial process.
  • Remaining calm and efficient when working in a fast-paced environment with tight timeframesAble to adapt to changes in priorities maintaining effective management of expectations
  • Adapting to changes in priorities, maintaining effective management of expectations.

Youll already have experience & qualifications in:   

  • Business administration
  • Basic awareness of electrical equipment
  • Professional communication
  • F ull UK driving licence (maximum of 3 points).
