As a Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice, you'll dive headfirst into the exciting world of marketing. You'll work closely with their seasoned marketing team to develop and execute innovative strategies that drive engagement, boost brand awareness, and ultimately increase sales.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Multi Channel Marketing Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Monitoring social media activity and engaging with their audience across platforms.


• Setting up paid ads on various social platforms to drive targeted traffic and conversions.


• Updating websites and their app to ensure a seamless user experience.


• Utilising Google Analytics to track and analyse website traffic and user behavior.


• Crafting compelling content for online marketing initiatives, including Facebook and email campaigns.


• Designing leaflets for offline marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive brand message.


• Providing timely responses to customer queries through their app and social platforms.


• Conducting campaign analysis to glean insights and support future marketing endeavors.


• Assisting in planning and executing promotional campaigns across social media and their app.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £14,000-£15,000 per annum


• Working Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• An understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.


• Grade 5/C in Maths and 4/C in English GCSE is required for this role.

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an Marketer.
