What we Offer:


As a Care Home Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and lead a dedicated team of care professionals. You will oversee a team of Care Support Workers and coordinate the efficient staffing of the care home. In addition to this, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the day to day operations of the home, including ensuring the adherence to care plans and monitoring the wellbeing of our residents.
