Network Support Coordinator | Stellantis


Calex UK is a multi-sector, learning & development company that specialises in the design and delivery of innovative training programmes. We possess over 20 years’ experience working with leading automotive employers in the UK, Europe, China and the US.


We are currently seeking to recruit a dynamic and highly organized Network Support Coordinator to join our concierge team at The Stellantis Performance Academy in Coventry.


This role acts as a focal point for the dealer network, building strong relationships between The Performance Academy and its customers. You will liaise via email and telephone, with the dealer network in relation to an abundance of queries, related to their training pathways as well as supporting business improvement by making outgoing calls to retailer staff to encourage engagement and participation on training events. You will provide administration support to help launch and promote.


Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


· To always provide a consistent high level of customer service by Phone, email, and face to face


· To provide Learner Management System (LMS) and administrative support to both the Dealer Network, Internal personnel and the Performance Academy


· Provide support with the planning and co-ordinating of Events to include Brand Induction, Product launches and Attended training courses


· Managing a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and emails from the Dealer network.


· To facilitate enrolling delegates on to training sessions and assisting with general enquiries


· Liaise and communicate with network Managers using letters, email, telephone, social media, film media and face to face


· Carry out reception duties including meeting and greeting delegates, signing in and sign posting as and when necessary


· Any ad-hoc tasks in line with Performance Academy processes


· Attend meetings as and when required, on occasion these may be offsite


· Working with LMS Manager to feedback any trends or concerns that may need actioning


· Support topical campaigning to the dealer network across the UK retail network


· Use the Learning Management System (LMS) to update, monitor and maintain user data


· Promote and support the training curriculum to ensure effective course utilisation and that all training events are at least 85% capacity


· Analyse data to improve both network accreditation, course efficiency and scheduling


· Confidently promote training courses to dealership staff at all levels


· Enthuse delegates to engage in training


· Tracking and reporting on calls made for campaigns


Person Requirements:


· Great attention to detail


· Proficient user of MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint


· Previous experience of working with an LMS system


· Previous experience of working within an administration role


· Confident telephone manner


· Flexible & Team Player


· Ability to multi-task and manage own time


· Excellent communicator (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills


· Problem solver with a “can do” approach


Salary and Benefits

General information


Calex will undertake the relevant/standard employment checks with any successful candidate. This includes contacting all nominated references, as well as checking candidate ID, driving licence (if appropriate) and right to work in the UK. Some roles may also be subject to further pre-employment checks (confirmation will be provided through the recruitment process). The nature of this role may necessitate that we undertake a DBS check.


The successful candidate will be employed by Calex UK (www.calexuk.com). Calex are a specialist learning and development provider and provide training staff and expertise including Trainers, Developers, Digital Learning Experts, and Administrators for the automotive industry.


The successful candidate will be required to provide proof of the right to work in the UK.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
