Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Location: Remote
Hours: 36.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday)
As a Workshop Tutor you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workshop delivery, training and support to adult learners pursing apprenticeships in the field of Early Years and Residential Childcare. Role Requirements
- Create a supportive, engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Employ a variety of teaching techniques and instructional methods catering to all accessibility and learning needs
- Design and administer assessments to evaluate apprentices progress and understanding
- Participate in the curriculum development of interactive, impactful and engaging learning materials
- Work flexibly and deliver evening workshops as required
- Adhere to GDPR regulations and all internal information and data security policies and procedures
- please note although this is a remote based role due to GDPR you'll need to be based in the UK
What We Need From You.
- Grade A-C GCSE or equivalent in English and maths
- Level 5 qualification in Early Years or Residential Childcare
- Level 3 Training qualification
- Extensive experience working within Early Years or Residential Childcare sector
- Experience working at a supervisory level
- Experience of facilitating learning and engaging adults
- Excellent knowledge of Early Years practices, regulations and standards.
