What Your Days Will Look Like
- Manage a R2R workstream within a programme (or both on mid-sized engagements), spanning design, build, testing, cutover and hypercare.
- Configure and document solutions across Financial Accounting, Journals, Close & Consolidation, Allocations, Intercompany, Banking & Settlement, Fixed Assets, Taxes and Financial Reporting.
- Coordinate with P2P/O2C, Prism/Accounting Centre Data Migration workstreams to ensure end‑to‑end alignment
- Manage RAID for your scope; maintain quality via peer reviews and adherence to standards.
- You bring hands‑on Workday R2R experience and strong finance process knowledge; you can own deliverables and a workstream with appropriate guidance.
- You have strong digital and data skills with the ability to listen to requirements and provide imaginative solutions to challenges.
- You can quickly build relationships, being able to gain immediate credibility and adapting your style to suit your audience.
- Bonus: Workday certifications (Accounting, Banking & Settlement, Fixed Assets, Taxes) and experience with close automation, intercompany and consolidations.
