Reporting to: Wholesale Trade Marketing Manager

Hybrid working: London office / home (3:2)

Your responsibilities:

Planning and Delivery of the Seasonal Partner Marketing Calendar – Support the Wholesale Marketing Manager in the planning, negotiating and execution of all Wholesale Marketing Campaigns with key wholesale partners.

Presentations & reporting Aid in creating campaign plan overviews, collating activity reporting and performance reviews as well as inputting into marketing presentations.

Trend & opportunity analysis - Track competitor activity and industry trends, sharing key learnings internally. Have extensive knowledge of the Gen Z consumer and recommend strategic brand opportunity.

Asset management - Manage brand assets and folders downloading and distributing key documents, collating, and distributing campaign toolkits to partners, and managing internal database. Be the team expert on all assets and usage right guidelines.

Brand activations & events – Assist Wholesale Marketing Manager in store visits, campaign shoots, planning and execution of brand activations and events.

Sample management – Order, distribute, track and coordinate product for marketing activities such as wholesale shoots, VM requirements, events, and gifting.

Play as a Team: Day to day marketing activities – Being a general source of support for the wider marketing team with reactive projects and tasks that arise.

Retail & Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of the UK retail market and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Creativity & Brand Passion: Confidence in marketing ideas with enthusiasm for Lacoste and fashion marketing.
