As a Uniform Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the uniforms of all hotel staff, ensuring they are clean, well-pressed, and in excellent condition. You will manage the distribution, collection, and inventory of uniforms, playing a key role in upholding the professional image of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribute and collect uniforms from staff, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Inspect uniforms for damage or wear and arrange for repairs or replacements as necessary.
  • Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and pressing machines.
  • Ensure all uniforms are cleaned, pressed, and ready for use according to hotel standards.
  • Organize and maintain the uniform room, ensuring it is clean, orderly, and well-stocked.
  • Assist with inventory management, including regular counts and ordering new uniforms as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to manage uniform needs for special events or new hires.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.

Salary: £12.60 p/h + service charge
