We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our fast-paced, high-energy parcel sortation team in Eastbourne! As a key player in our operations, you'll oversee daily activities and drive the success of our parcel sortation process. What You Need to Know:

• Location: Units 10 / 11 Brampton Trade Park, BN22 9AF
• Shift Pattern: Wednesday to Saturday
• Hours: 12:00 pm - 10:30 pm
• Salary: £32,000 per annum

Your Mission:

• Lead and inspire your team to sort and relabel parcels with precision, helping to keep the wheels of our operation turning smoothly.
• Be hands-on and dive into various warehouse roles to keep things moving and optimize every process.
• Champion a culture of safety and efficiency - making sure the team follows company policies and Health & Safety regulations at all times.
• Empower your team with the training and tools they need to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Show up as a leader - motivate, guide, and set the standard for the team, leading by example.
• Oversee loading and unloading operations with efficiency and care.

What We're Looking for in You:

• Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
• You've got supervisory or team leader experience within a parcel sortation warehouse - you're no stranger to the pace and demands of this kind of environment.
• You're a strong communicator who can collaborate across teams and get things done.
• You're tech-savvy and comfortable using warehouse management systems and relevant software.
• You work well under pressure, thrive with tight deadlines, and keep your cool in the busiest moments.
• You're an experienced leader with a passion for motivating your team and getting results.
